You can
move or
copy
information
between
documents
in
different
programs
by cut
and
paste
editing.
1. Open
the
document
containing
the
information
you wish
to copy.
Highlight
the
information
and
click
the
right
mouse
button
to bring
up the
shortcut
menu.
Select
the
"copy"
option.
2.
Place
your
cursor
in the
text box
of the
form and
click
the
right
mouse
button
to bring
up to
shortcut
menu.
Select
"paste".
